Little Rock Woods Retreat

Escape from it all at our tranquil getaway in the woods. Wander the trails exploring nature on this 26 Acre wooded property, including 1000 ft of frontage along Little Rock Creek. Gather with family & friends for a BBQ on the large screened porch and adjoining deck, play bags or shoot hoops in the spacious yard or just enjoy watching the wildlife and listening to the owls hooting back & forth. With 2 kitchens and 2 laundry areas, smart TVs throughout this is the ideal spot for family gatherings

The Gurler House

Welcome to Downtown DeKalb’s most charming and highly-rated historic stay! This beautifully restored home offers both modern comfort and vintage charm. The Gurler House, built in 1857, is on the National Register of Historic Places. This lovingly updated home sits back in a gorgeous park-like setting surrounded by nature. While nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it is only 2 blocks from the Egyptian Theatre and all the downtown shops and restaurants and only a couple minutes away from NIU.

Enjoy our cozy and peaceful Coach-house , private entrance with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Newly renovated and updated throughout. Queen bed with mattress topper, studio area includes Smart TV, water station, Keurig coffee machine and quick-set lock. Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

Summer is COOLER in Geneva! Located just 3 blocks from shops and restaurants in beautiful, downtown Geneva. Our space can sleep up to 4 comfortably. We offer amazing amenities like plush bed & linens, array of coffee and teas and goodies, 50" flat screen smart tv for watching movies after a day of fun in Geneva. Beautiful bath equipped with everything, including homemade salt scrub. A secure, separate entrance to come & go. It is a basement soace so ceilings are lower than average home.

ExperienceTranquility- the Main House at Pond View

Nature lovers will enjoy observing the Pond from the Main house at Pond View Acres - a renovated, ranch-style home on 15 acres in a country setting. With a scenic view of a pond, it is surrounded by forest preserve to the west and south. Just a quick drive to shopping. Beyond the pond are walking trails that may provide wildlife sightings, such as deer, coyote, fox. This small farm is home for four mini donkeys & chickens. A garden area separates the Main house and the Guesthouse.

Hidden Gem of Sycamore

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located just 3 blocks/5 minute from downtown. Walking distance to Blumen Gardens and The Regale Center. Apartment is above garage in the historic district of Sycamore. Private laundry room is available to guests and free of charge. If you’re coming for the car show in July we are just 1 block from where the car display starts. Sycamore Steam Show is approximately 7miles/15 minutes. City park is 1 block from apartment.

Riverside Cottage

Peaceful two bedroom cottage newly refurbished. Plenty of outdoor space, woods streams and walking trails nearby. Tucked out of the way of busy roads or city life but only a short drive to all the amenities of civilization. Keep an eye out for deer, ducks, beavers, hawks and other scenic wildlife out the back window/patio. There’s even a couple bald eagles that live nearby. Consider a longer stay to take advantage of discounts on 2, 4 or 7 night stays

"You're invited" Suitcase Required

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Head to our many state parks, take a boat ride down the Illinois River, be adventurous and skydive at Skydive Chicago and the list goes on. This two-bedroom 1 bath house welcomes you with all the amenities to feel right at home. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably. (1-Queen Bed and 1 full size bed) It has a fully stocked kitchen. washer/dryer and outdoor seating/dining.

Sherwood House

Enjoy the ambience of the Sherwood House, an 1884 Victorian built for Judge David Sherwood. Use of entire first floor apartment including a full kitchen is perfect for longer term stays. Original features include multiple stained glass windows, beautiful wood work, multiple decorative fireplaces and hardwood floors. Located just blocks from downtown Elgin, walk to shops, restaurants, the casino, bike trail or Metra. WiFi and off street parking.

Quaint Batavia Coach House

The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
