Conveniently located near Provo Canyon, Sundance, and easy freeway access. Only .5 miles from biking/running trail. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen, and great (URL HIDDEN) family will enjoy this sweet home with all the great amenities of beautiful mountain views, a large walk in closet, double vanities, bidet toilet, and washer and dryer.

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.
