Private 2-Level Studio/Loft-like Apt. on lower level of ‘31 Spanish home we live in. Kitchenette, garden access, in L.A. (Eagle Rock). Garden/Mnt. Views from backyard top level. (No view from inside apt) Cool amenities, own entrance, lots of streamers, WiFi, free park. Walk to restaurants, bar, shops. 15 min. to DTLA & Hollywood. 5 min. to Pasadena/Rose Bowl. 40 min. to beach/LAX. 5 min to Occidental. Has stairs! Tiny space. Double bed. 2ppl max. The Craftsman Highland Park Creative Stay.

Stay in my ADU, a historic house with a modern interior. It is a private one-bedroom space with a separate entrance. There is also a horizontal queen-sized Murphy bed in the back of the main room with a privacy curtain for extra guests. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and separate fast wifi. The neighborhood is tranquil at night, even though it's on the main street. I am the homeowner and live on the other side of the house. Please read my complete listing before booking.

Spanish styled get away, Highland Park LA

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 15 minutes from downtown, easy parking, walking distance from great food and coffee, epic views! Our space was made for a single guest that needs some space to relax or as a romantic and stylish get away for couples to enjoy. Just a quick heads up. Our house sits at the top of a pretty steep hill which gives you amazing views. Just be mindful if you’re uncomfortable parking or walking on a hill.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Highland Park Bungalow

Come stay in the downstairs unit of a historic 1920s California Style Bungalow. 7 min away from the the heart of Highland Park surrounded by restaurants, live music and LA's oldest bowling alley. There is a SEPARATE ENTRANCE and a beautiful back patio overlooking the garden. Extremely quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac for privacy and escaping the business of the city.
