Cottage is on a picturesque farm with cattle pastures, hills, a river, pine trees, blueberry bushes and a (non-operating) chicken house. Farm is located outside a small, safe town of Gentry, is 10 miles to Siloam Springs, 11 miles to XNA airport, 20 miles to Bentonville. Barndominium on acreage in Cave Springs. Features large deck and patio that backs up to a large wooded lot. All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.
