Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

Lymington Self-Catering Garden Retreat.

Deerleap Lodge is a quaint cabin nestled on the outskirts of the New Forest National Park. It is a well-appointed, self-catering, light and airy garden cabin with a nautical theme and an open plan feel. Sleeping 2 guests, it's a short walk to historic seaside town Lymington, ferries to the Isle of Wight and nearby beaches. With south-facing views towards Keyhaven Nature Reserve and IoW, it is ideal for couples, solo travellers, walkers, birdwatchers & cyclists looking for a relaxing retreat.

Self contained annexe in New Forest

The annexe has all you need for basic self catering with a comfortable double bedroom. A third person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the kitchen/dining room. We're centrally located in the village, close to three pubs serving excellent food and shops selling all the basic necessities. A welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided for your arrival. Our village bakery offers lovely fresh bread and the well-stocked co-op is open until 10pm most days.

Lymington Apartment with parking

Large duplex apartment just off the High Street with a parking space and a pretty communal gated courtyard. Large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with two leather sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped and comprises of a washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. The bedroom which is large is on the top floor adjacent to a shower room. The Lazy Lodge

A lovely lodge on the border of Highcliffe and Mudeford in Christchurch. Set around it's own private courtyard that gets beautiful sun all day. It has 2 double/twin bedrooms, an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a wetroom bathroom, utility room and your very own 5 person Jacuzzi! A 15 min walk (3 min drive) to the stunning Avon beach and Mudeford Quay. Highcliffe castle, Stanpit Marsh, Hengistbury Head, the New forest and supermarkets all very close by.

A truly charming 3 double bedroom, all with en-suites, 17th Century Coach House with private garden, refurbished to a very high standard, located within the New Forest National Park and 1.3 miles from the pretty Georgian seaside town of Lymington and approx 2.5 miles from the sea.

Spacious, quiet and comfortable, the Studio is a brick built, self contained room at the end of our lovely Garden. Sleeps upto 6 comfortably, with room for a cot if required. Close to Christchurch centre and 5min drive to a selection of sandy beaches!
