Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish Gîte set within 2.5 acres of peaceful countryside. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the Gite offers four comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third has a French double. The fourth has two single beds. The Gite comfortably accommodates 6 guests. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Guests are welcome to enjoy a gentle stroll or simply relax in the large, well-kept garden.

Bienvenue dans notre gîte chaleureux, niché dans l’ancienne briqueterie du Grand Madieu, entièrement rénové il y a 3 ans. Parfaitement adapté pour les groupes et les familles, nous l'avons équipé comme s'il s'agissait de notre propre maison, pour que chacun s’y sente bien. Situé en bordure de village, avec un accès direct aux sentiers de campagne et des forêts environnantes, c’est un refuge idéal pour les amoureux de nature. Venez vivre un séjour paisible et convivial en Charente Limousine!

L’Ancienne Gendarmerie is a beautiful restored police station in the heart of Pressac village. On the square opposite the church, with countryside views across the pretty river Clain and its medieval bridge, the house combines a sense of history with modern convenience and plenty of space. Ideal for families or groups of friends with a games room and a pool, there is plenty to do, and it is also a great base to explore the Vienne and Charente. Please note there is a minimum 3 night stay.

Our house is on the verge of the countryside, at a 2-minute walk from the quaint market-town of Confolens. You can walk to the shops, the market, or the cinema, or hike along the two rivers or on the neighbouring hill-tops. Plenty to do in Confolens: you can swim, rail-bike, canoe, attend our music festival or discover Charente limousine. If you like old houses, you'll enjoy our home with its spacious rooms. It is a family house, fitted for young children. The garden is fenced and shady.

Confolens: 10mins away, a bustling medieval town with all amenities. Limoges, Angouleme and Poitiers, all bursting with culture and history are easy to reach.
