Private cozy lake home with indoor pool!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

Mountain modern Carriage House downtown Morganton

The Carriage House and city of Morganton have power and are ready visitors. This guest house sits behind a historic home in downtown Morganton. The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof.

Watch people visit at Fonta Flora Brewery on the front porch or play a game of cornhole and hang by the fire in the shaded backyard. You’ll find Endor Cottage nestled amongst a forest of pines, reminiscent of where the Ewoks live in Star Wars, but also only 4 miles from downtown Lincolnton.This is a quiet space that includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and kitchenette. Cozy and quiet inside and a serene area outside. When you're ready to explore beyond the countryside, you'll find a myriad of fun options waiting to be discovered-local breweries, winery, antique shops, walking trails, creamery, and so much more!

MENZIES LOUNGE

We live in historic downtown Hickory. You will have your own private space located in the back of our home. It is a studio with a kitchenette. No stove/oven and only a beverage fridge. Adjoining your studio is an un air conditioned game room with pool table/ping pong and workout equipment. We have an outdoor shared space with a grill and fireplace. We also have a super cute golden doodle named Louis, who might be inside the fenced area. Please keep all fence gates locked.

Boat House Cottage - Hiker’s retreat in Linville

Unplug and relax at our Boat House Cottage nestled near the Linville river at the foot of the Linville Gorge. This cozy cottage makes for a great home base for adventurous trips to Western NC. Easy access to hiking, biking, and paddling. A stocked kitchenette allows for making adventure snacks, or take the short drive to Fonta Flora Brewery. The king bed and comfy futon allow for post-adventure relaxing, outdoor fire pit available or cool off in the river.
