Our remodeled 1930s beach home has 2 downstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared. (No en suites ). Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. While Malibu is in a period of rebuilding, there are some inconveniences as a result, such as slower traffic on PCH and trucks in the vicinity. Check tide charts for your dates so you know when low tide is. Our beach is accessible at low tide.
