Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

This cottage is nestled in a park-like setting looking out onto green grass lawns, trees and a sparkling pool located in a private, secluded, quiet courtyard of 6 private cottages. Private parking for 2 cars included. Accommodates up to 6 with sofa bed. 2 cottages available. Coin operated Laundry room. Everyone loves it here at the "Three Palms".

A separate entrance is a portal to a luxurious self-contained modern cottage in a secluded walled shared garden. Sliding glass pocket doors look over the lily pond and hummingbirds. The tree-shaded bedroom has cork floors for quiet comfort and a sliding wood panel door. The bathroom has a shower with floor to ceiling frosted windows, and there is a private rear deck. This contemporary modern suite features vibrant colors and artwork throughout. HEPA AIR FILTRATION 24HRS.

Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway

Soak up groovy Topanga vibes and commune with nature at the Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway freestanding guest home. Highlights include lush tropical landscaping, private lawn, furnished decks, hot tub and sauna, an outdoor bathtub and shower, a queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, electric stovetop, and Keurig coffee maker. Pirates can accommodate up to 2 adult guests but no children or pets.

Welcome to the historic Markham Estate Manor, built in 1897 and located in the heart of Pasadena. Nestled just off Orange Grove Boulevard —famously known as Millionaire’s Row and along the iconic Rose Parade route—our property is central to Old Town Pasadena, the Huntington Library, the Gamble House, and offers convenient access to Southern California attractions. The property includes the Main House, where I reside, and a charming, stand-alone cottage for guests.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Peace and serenity in the city.

We are located in an area central to many parts of the city such as Hollywood, the beach, Downtown LA & the Los Angeles Airport.

This rustic, Japanese-coastal design inspired home is tucked away in the Fernwood area of Topanga Canyon, and is just minutes from the beach and the Topanga State Park. Created with tranquility in mind, this peaceful cottage is a minimal, modern hideaway which allows guests to enjoy natural luxuries with organic amenities.

The Venice Love Lodge

This newly remodeled little love nest, in the heart of Venice, is a cozy cottage (400 square feet). It’s just a 15 minute walk to the famous Venice Boardwalk and beach, and 10 minutes to the trendy and eclectic Abbott Kinney Blvd, great shopping and dinning!
