The Hadley House

Cozy historic house 3 blocks from the lake road, 7 minute drive to the beach, and a short walk to the marina. Enjoy summers on the lake or fun nights in Nashville. Perfect for travelers wanting all the fun and excitement of Nashville/East Nashville but with the natural beauty and serenity of Old Hickory Village. Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

The Forest House is an Oasis located between the urban and countryside. Country style and has been adapted to offer comfort, tranquility and an ecological environment on 4.5-acre lot surrounded by trees and nature, it has an area to make firepit, a natural stream and path for walking within the same property for those who like activity abroad without going any further. Just 3 minutes from Interstate 40-E, 4 min from lake, 15 min from the Airport and 25 min from downtown Nashville.

Welcome to Urban Renewal. Located minutes from the airport and a few miles from downtown, it's the perfect location to take in the city, but retreat to the quiet and calm for a restful night. This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

This beautifully designed and luxurious treehouse sits on a ridge overlooking our creek. With only a 25min drive to downtown Nashville, you are tucked away amidst the towering hardwoods---away from the city noise. With careful attention to detail, the treehouse decor and design is meticulously curated to create an atmosphere of rest and beauty. This space is ideal for a couple, but can sleep four (twin beds in the loft). Parties are not permitted on the premises.
