Hallo liebe Gäste! Ihr mietet eine Ferienwohnung, die ich privat sehr selten nutze. Sie ist eine von drei Wohnungen in meinem Haus. Über ca. 80 Quadratmeter aufgeteilt befinden sich ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit abgeteilter Küche und Esstisch, angrenzend ein Schlafzimmer mit Durchgang zu einer kleinen Garderobe und einem 2. Schlafzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche und separatem WC. Balkon. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und hat zwei Eingänge. Gratis-Carport-Parkplatz.

Diese ländliche 65m2 Wohnung befindet sich im EG mit wunderschönem Weitblick und stand bisher nur Freunden zur Verfügung. Hier erwartet euch Natur Pur - ein Idyll aus See & Bergen - einfache Ruhe ohne viel Ablenkungen. Das Apartment ist für Selbstversorger (eigene Endreinigung), die gerne ihre Ruhe haben und sich in einer bestehenden privaten Hausgemeinschaft wohl fühlen. Vor der Wohnung steht ein 20m2 Gartenanteil mit Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung. Einfach in Ruhe Energie & Sonne tanken!

The Mountain Home

Meine Unterkunft ist neben der Piste - vorm Haus. Garage, Skikeller und Ausgang sind barrierefrei. Im Haus und Nebenhaus sind Skischule/shop, Skiverleih, Kindergarten und 2 Lokale. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des sonnigen Balkons - besonders im Frühling und Sommer. Im Winter perfekt zum Skifahren, im Sommer wecken dich die Kuhglocken. Die Almen zum Wandern, das Mountainbiken und die Sommerrodelbahn einfach super. Meine Unterkunft ist auch gut für Familien (mit Kindern).

This accommodation provides the free +Pluscard in the summer and the Wintercard premium, this guarantees fun with the whole family, company. Breakfast is available for a fee in the apartment or on the terrace. Bread roll service is also possible. Fast wifi, free (ski) bus and free parking. No pets in the apartment.

Unser Angebot bezieht sich auf ein 1-Bettzimmer im 1. Obergeschoß in unserem Wohnhaus. Das Zimmer ist mit Internet, WLAN und TV ausgestattet. Bei Bedarf können wir auch eine Kleinküche anbieten.(Geeignet für Frühstück, Mittag-,oder Abendessen).Das Bad, WC und die Kleinküche müssen allerdings mit den Gästen aus dem 2-Bettzimmer geteilt werden
