This listed & stylishly restored flat has a comfy kingsize bed, bathroom w rain shower/modern kitchen/cozy living room & walk-in closet. Our guests tell us they love this rare garden apartment but the quiet all private yard is what makes it so unique. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte hytte som ligger tæt på byen, og 20 meter fra nærmeste busstoppested. Denne lille perle er perfekt til både familien på 4, eller ham/hende som er i området på grund af business. Træ hytten er et gæstehus i vores have, så du skal forvente at vi selv bruger haven imens du lejer hytten. Vi er en venligt ungt par med en lille dreng på 3 år, og to store børn. Vores dejlige hund Hansi patruljerer haven jævnligt 🐶 Vi ser frem til at byde jer velkommen

Luxurious, cozy, and sunnily bright apartment right in the centre of downtown Frederiksberg by the Metro, Frederiksberg Garden in the front, great restaurants, shopping locations (Gammel Kongevej and Frederiksberg Centret), and stunning surroundings. The apartment features over 3 meter high ceilings, a stunning (water) fireplace in the living room, luxurious surroundings, and a quiet balcony outside the bedroom. Downtown Copenhagen is 5 minutes away by Metro, 10 by bike, or 25 by foot.

There is a livingroom/tv-room that can be shared with the host as agreed. Very central in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation and a nice park.

Beautiful nature and central location. The apartment is only a few 100 meters walk to the lovely Ryget forest, Værløse city center or S-train, so you can quickly be in the heart of Copenhagen. The home is furnished with an entrance hall, kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen-living room has good natural light with 4 large windows, as well as a newly refurbished kitchen. The bedroom contains a 140x200 cm tempur bed and plenty of wardrobe storage.

There is also a private courtyard - all just a stone's throw away from Lyngby's vibrant shopping and cafe scene. It's only 15 kilometers to Copenhagen, and a 16-minute train ride away.
