We are nestled in a lovely rural, wooded neighborhood that feels remote, but is only a few miles from convenience. Our rental is a PRIVATE basement apartment in our home with a separate entrance about 1500 sq ft. We live upstairs with our 2 children and dog, guests will occasionally hear us. I've taken my two end bedrooms (450sq feet) and turned the space into an efficiency apartment with a cottage feel. The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

Wood's Edge (Country setting close to town)

Wood's Edge is a private oasis, nestled in the hills of western North Carolina, less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Hendersonville, and 30 minutes to Asheville. This spacious, living area is the entire downstairs of the home, and is a perfect location to relax. Here you will wake up in tranquility, but can then head to downtown Hendersonville, Asheville, or Brevard to check out the shops, restaurants, breweries or nature trails. We are only 10 miles from Asheville Regional Airport.

Within 10-20minutes of Hendersonville, Asheville, Biltmore, Airport etc. Good location to launch for activities- river, biking, climbing, hiking etc. T.V. includes streaming channels. Kitchenette has coffeemaker, griddle, microwave, half size fridge. Bathroom shower with basics. Outside is your own Hot tub -parking for two cars.

Guest suite located in a peaceful neighborhood. Located 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 10 minutes from the Biltmore house and airport, and 15 minutes from downtown Asheville. House has a half acre of land in the backyard and is walkable to several restaurants and a grocery stores. Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance to provide couch covers *Please no smoking of any kind.* (No cleaning fee!)
