Located on Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing on the lake right below our marina steps away.

We are known as Peaceful Pines Bungalow on internet! This is a brand-new, modern camp on Toledo Bend in the Pendleton Harbor subdivision. This spacious retreat is designed for an easy lake getaway, accommodating up to six guests with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy the open-concept living area with sealed concrete floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a backyard firepit for relaxing evenings. Walk or ride a golf cart to Pendleton Park for boat launches, a sandy beach, and a playground.

Your family or team will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This 3 BD/2BA brick home is located on the #4 green of Pendleton Harbor 9-Hole PAR 3 golf course and has a lake view of Carrice Creek. Situated on a corner lot with pull through carport/garage with over a 1/2 acre of yard for extra parking if needed. There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

The Brackin House is walking distance from the Hemphill City Park, minutes from anything & everything in Hemphill and just a few miles from many access points to Toledo Bend Reservoir. Our circle drive makes it easy to park or back your boat into one of the three covered stalls next to the house. The large living/dining/kitchen - open concept area, keeps everybody close enough to have a good visit. Sitting on The Brackin House front porch helps clear your mind for whatever comes next!

Escape to this cozy waterfront retreat on Toledo Bend! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and sleeping for up to 9 guests, it’s perfect for family getaways or fishing trips. Enjoy a ping-pong, air hockey, foosball table, outdoor TV, a charcoal grill, and two fully stocked bathrooms. Relax on the deck, fish from the private pier, or grill under the stars. Featuring a king, queen, two bunks, and two pull-out couches—there's room for everyone to unwind and enjoy lakeside living!

Back in time 1940s Lakeview House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Built in the 1940's, the home is located by McGee’s Landing Park on the South end of Toledo Bend Lake near the McGee’s Landing Bass fishing flats. The flats are known for some of the best Bass fishing on the lake. We offer free access to the park, boat launch and the private sandy beach with your stay. We also offer access to a covered picnic area in the park to enjoy the summer days and lake view.

Our Sweet Dreams Guest Suite is all new, it’s spacious and completely comfortable. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on the main drive in Hemphill, close to everything you need from restaurants, gas stations, groceries, banks, and gym all near by. The lake is not far and we allow for boat parking. Unit is Smoke Free, No Pets and No Parties. Check in at 4 pm and check out by 10 am
