My partner and I lived in this beautiful apartment for 8 years and we love sharing this special place with guests. Located in the heart of Ivanhoe, approximately 11km from Melbourne CBD is this large, well appointed executive apartment. Boasting 1 bedroom with king bed, lounge, dining, undercover balcony, full kitchen, bathroom with laundry facilities & off-street secure parking. Public transport to Melbourne City is easy with Ivanhoe railway station just a short 8 min (500m) walk away, meaning you can be in the heart of Melbourne’s bustling sporting, entertainment and dining precincts before you know it!

Private Studio Room in Greensborough

We have a simple and private studio room (with separate entrance) nestled on the side of our home that we do not use, so we decided to make use of the space and give it an opportunity! There is plenty of parking on the road, or if you prefer, there are quieter side streets nearby. Unfortunately, we do not have parking on our property for guests. Pets are welcome for an additional fee (please indicate in your booking). Pets will have access to an enclosed courtyard to keep them safe and secure.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a relaxing getaway in the heart of Preston. The apartment is attached to our home with a seperate entry and courtyard. It boasts a cutting edge renovation with brand new and modern kitchen, bathroom and living space. The space is filled with bright and natural light. Our smart tv and wifi are perfect for a relaxing time on our comfortable lounge. Other important features are: split system, electric blinds, security intercom entrance and dining table.

Guest apartment in Macleod

Surrounded by nature this self-contained apartment is 30 minutes by train from Macleod station to the city. Visit local cafes in Macleod village or enjoy a stroll through beautiful Rosanna parklands. Macleod station is a ten minute walk and Latrobe university and Heidelberg medical precinct minutes away. Bright, light and airy and featuring French doors leading onto a courtyard. Nestled next to the main house with separate entrance, courtyard and parking. Not suitable for infants or children.
