The Oak Ridge House

Welcome to the Oak Ridge House. Just 5 miles North of I-70 and 5 miles south of State Rt.16. Our tree cover hillside is very close to Flint Ridge Nature Preserve and about 15 minutes from The Virtues Golf Club, Black Hand Gorge Nature Preserve and Sand Hollow Winery. It's a three bedroom home on 2 acres, one king size bed, one queen size bed, and the third room is a sitting room / hang out space with a futton. The enclose back porch is a great hangout space but is not heated. Gov. ID required.

House conveniently is on St Rt 79 (or Hebron Rd) which is close to everything from grocery, mall, industrial parks, north shore of Buckeye Lake (4.5 miles), National Trails Raceway, Boeing, etc. One pet under 30 lbs accepted w/pet fee. Quaint front porch with relaxing wrap around handcrafted deck, 4.5 acres with exquisite views. Gaze at the always lighted steeple of Denison's Swasey Chapel. Convenient to National Trails Raceway, Newark Earthworks. Easy 30-minute drive to famous Easton Town Center.
