The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Secure cycle storage is available, the area is perfect for on and off-road cycling and we can advise guests on some great routes. Welcome to The Barn@Graham House in the picturesque hamlet of Marrick in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Built in 1850 as a barn this historic space was recently sympathetically converted into a beautiful one-bedroomed fully equipped cottage with original features and modern comforts. The peaceful private garden and copse has far reaching views across Swaledale and is filled with a variety of bird calls. A truly inspirational rural retreat for dogs, walkers and lovers of natural beauty.

Billy Gill’s Cottage is an old characterful stone cottage located in Low Row, Swaledale. Having recently been renovated to an extremely high standard, is ideal for couples. Great walking direct from the door, with views of the valley and river Swale. The Punch Bowl pub is within a 5 minute walk from the cottage and serves high quality food. Reeth ,a further four miles away provides shops, cafes, tourist information, bakery, Friday market, craft shops and bike hire. No smoking or pets .
