Lovely cosy place to stay in the heart of Dorset

Oak Tree Barn is a self-catering holiday accommodation in the heart of the village of Hazelbury Bryan, Dorset. The conversion was completed in early 2012 using locally reclaimed materials and keeping many of the original features. The Barn is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer, the detached Barn has a large open-plan lounge and kitchen with views towards the local hills. The two bedrooms (one double with bath, one twin with shower) overlook paddocks where sheep graze and chicken forage.

The Old Rectory near Sherborne

Located in the heart of Purse Caundle village, The Old Rectory is a 17th century stone house with the guest wing added in 1992. A traditional cider barn selling food, drinks & tiny farm shop is a 2 minute walk. Cycle routes & walks from the door and great pubs & restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Jurassic coast 45 mins away. You have use of our orchard (which has a stream running through most of the year) with seating, BBQ and log burner. Lounge has Sky TV, Netflix, HD Sky sports & Disney+

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The Studio at Framley Orchard is a charming 2-bedroom home with a cozy mezzanine floor. Peaceful but with plenty to do it’s perfect for couples and families of all ages, with a garden featuring swings and climbing trees. You’re in a great spot—our village has an excellent pub, a village shop, and we’re right next to an Organic Farm Shop & Café with incredible food (Wednesday-Saturday). Off-road footpaths lead to the foot of Hambledon Hill. Plus, you’re close to the trailway for cycling too.

Nestled at the foot of Hambledon Hill – between Shaftesbury and Blandford – it's only a mile to the excellent village shop and an easy walk over Hambledon hill to The Cricketer's pub for lunch or a pint. Drive to the Jurassic coast (40 mins) to explore Lulworth Cove or visit the gorgeous beach at Studland or Weymouth

Relax in cosy 2 bedroom cottage at the top of the Winterborne valley. Explore Hardys’ country straight from the door onto miles of bridleways and footpaths with far reaching views. Well equipped with books and games, a log burner, and an out door bbq there is something to do whatever the weather. An enclosed private rear garden for sunny days with use of a shared, adjacent pool upon request. The perfect bolt hole to explore Dorset from, with the famous Jurassic coast only 45 minutes away.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.
