Unique luxury cottage for two, an ancient dovecote with a fabulous swimming pool. Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Comfortable, pet friendly annexe, a village on the edge of Salisbury Plain. Attached to the main house, set back from the road with private access, small outside space and parking. Great location on the Wiltshire/Hampshire border, explore Stonehenge, the cathedral city of Salisbury, the market town of Devizes, Caen Hill Locks, the open space of Salisbury Plain, Thruxton Race Circuit and much more. Walking, cycling, mountain biking and off-road motor cycling all within minutes of the front door.

Self contained annexe in peaceful & rural location

Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Little Forge

Enjoy a relaxing break in the heart of the beautiful Pewsey Vale. The Little Forge is set on a quiet lane at the edge of the friendly village of Pewsey, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Enjoy countryside walks in the beautiful surroundings or explore the mystical Avebury, the market town of Marlborough or the pretty villages along the Kennet and Avon Canal. At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.

Fully central heated There is a very comfy double Hypnos bed with crisp white linen and fluffy towel. The wet room has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

Our thoughtfully designed interiors will make you feel welcome from the moment you park up outside. The guest house is privately located in our gated drive overlooking the gardens. A local pub in the village too!
