"Our small riverside terraced cottage boasts an idyllic view across the River Calder and Rochdale canal and up onto the wooded valley sides. Built in 1860 for workers at the nearby cotton mill, this home has many period and original features. Whether you are cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in front of the wood burning stove, laying in bed or luxuriating in the gorgeous feature bath, there is a stunning view to be seen from every window. If you are lucky you may see an otter or mink swim by.

The cottage itself is part of a quiet terrace and is close to cafes, bars, take-aways, a large Spar. The Cottage is a Yorkshire stone two bedroomed, stylish, clean, cosy, very comfortable house with tasteful modern interior whilst retaining the features of the original old house. It has a lovely bathroom with bath/shower and a big family sized dining-kitchen.

Holly Cottage, Oxenhope

My place was built in the 1780's and is close to Haworth, home of the Bronte sisters and the famous moors, as well as the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway with Oxenhope station just a 10 minute walk away. You’ll love my place because of the cosy cottage feel, great location for walking and a one minute walk to a great local pub. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families.
