House in Pezinok with swimming pool, Bratislava

My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Môžete si u nás zapožičať paddle-board, vodny bicykel, kanoe, elektrickú loď, alebo motorový čln,či jazdu na speedboate do centra Bratislavy,alebo na hrad Devín.

Nově vybudovaný apartmán 2+kk v klidné části města s terasou, wifi, parkováním a uzamykatelnou kolárnou. Ubytování se nachází pouze 20 minut chůze do centra města. Maximální kapacita 4 osoby. V přízemí apartmánu je vybavená kuchyň s ledničkou, indukční varnou deskou, kávovarem a myčkou. V patře se nachází obývací pokoj s rozkládací pohovkou a ložnice s manželskou postelí se vstupem na terasu. Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

The apartment is in beautiful location. National footbal stadium and Ondrej Nepela Ice Hockey Arena from one side and Kuchajda lake from other side. City center is 20 minutes by walk or 5 minutes by car. You have a free parking for one car in the building. There are two big shopping centres by 5 minutes walk - Vivo and Central. On the ground floor from the street you have a grocery and drug store. Also there are three restaurants - sushi bar, steak house and italian food.

Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

Our beautiful country house is nicely located at the heart of the Lednice-Valtice area, an UNESCO protected region famous for its wines, its palaces and its natural environment. The house is 10 minutes walk from the main square of Valtice, where you can find cafes and restaurants, but conveniently located at the edge of the village, surrounded by wines and fields, and just at the start of the popular wine route.
