Located in a peaceful urban area, this apartment is just 4 miles away from Condado and Isla Verde tourist zone (15 to 20 min by car), minutes from Plaza Las Americas and Walking distance to UPR &train stop to El Choliseo Convention center sta. /Sagrado Corazon sta /Centro Medico sta as well as Martinez Nadal and Auxilio Mutuo. Close to main roads and exits, convenience stores steps away down the street. One Parking available, Cannabis friendly. No pets. Uber works good here to move around
