Holiday or need get out of the city for the summer? Huge office/direct train to London. Experience one of England's most beautiful areas and nature all the while living in comfort and hygge in over 400m2 large family home. High ceilings, lots of light, hardwood floors. An Art and Crafts house is now available to rent with family or as an escape from the city for long term summer air. The house has large bedrooms with lovely views, living rooms and a new bespoke built kitchen with terrace access.

Just a short walk to bustling centre of Hastings Old Town, it is a perfect place to stay for those who would prefer to be closer to the historic town of Hastings. Pet friendly.. 3 dogs are permitted.

It has an open plan living & kitchen area, with two fridge freezers, two ovens & a 'Nikola Tesla' hob. The landscaped garden is fully equipped for showering, outdoor cooking & dining. All 5 bedrooms (1 in the garden) are en suite. Parking is for 5 cars & the garden has electrical outlets for the electric George Forman Outdoor Grill.

Lovely walks from the door and on Ashdown Forest. Tunbridge Wells and Glyndebourne nearby, 1 hour to London by train, station 1 mile away. Gym, 100MBps Wi-Fi, work space, outdoor living, very private, valley view to Harrisons Rocks.
