Down the hallway are two comfortable bedrooms and a renovated bath. Basement with washer and dryer available. Guests have access to kayaks on Gull Lake. Our home is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded setting with a small pond. We have hiking trails around the woods and a beautiful lawn to sit outside and enjoy. Our location can't be beat! Highway 131 is only two miles away. We are 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Gun Lake Casino, 20 minutes to the airport, 35-40 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 25 minutes away from Yankee Springs Recreation area. The entire lower level is set up as a private space for you to enjoy.
