The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

In a beautiful setting in the heart of North Yorkshire, the Shepherd's Huts provide a sublime retreat away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. A fabulous double bed and roaring wood burning stove provide for both comfort and luxury after a day exploring the countryside. Hot Tub available for private hire, located next to the hut- £50 a day (advance notice required). NB we have 3 huts available and only 1 hot tub hired on a first come first served basis. BBQ available on request.

Recently fully renovated, it provides spacious, comfortable accommodation. Richmond is a historic market town with unique shops, great restaurants, tea rooms and bars. It boasts a magnificent Norman castle on the spectacular Swale river with plenty of walks and sight-seeing, both locally and further afield in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

Sleeping upto 4 people (1 king bed/2 singles + 1 double sofa bed), this is the perfect country retreat for those looking for a romantic weekend away, a bit of privacy for a local wedding, or a base to explore the North.

The Lake House

The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

The Barn@Graham House

Welcome to The Barn@Graham House in the picturesque hamlet of Marrick in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Built in 1850 as a barn this historic space was recently sympathetically converted into a beautiful one-bedroomed fully equipped cottage with original features and modern comforts. The private south facing garden with direct access to a private copse has far reaching views across Swaledale. A truly inspirational rural retreat for dogs, walkers and lovers of natural beauty.

Luxury, romantic, boutique shepherd's hut on a smallholding in between the villages of Barton and Middleton Tyas near Richmond, North Yorkshire. We only have one hut, making it a very private, peaceful and exclusive retreat. Nestled in a beautiful dell, surrounded by trees, it overlooks a duck pond and the remains of the old stone limekilns. Plenty of wildlife for nature lovers including a flock of friendly rare breed sheep, hens, rabbits, and owls.
