This can serve as your home away from home while you travel for work, adjust from a life change, or simply need a change of venue for a month or more. Activities during your stay are NOT included but it’s nice to have them at your fingertips. Close to White Lake, Silver Lake State Park and Michigan Adventure. Charming cabin in the woods that sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Located in a very secluded area on 100 wooded acres that we own, with trails all throughout the property. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Winter brings peace & cozy nights. Relax with the fireplace ambiance & enjoy the still water views. Walk to a cafe or restaurant all year round. Make your way over to the Majestic Sand Dunes & Pure Lake Mi. Try ice fishing on Hart Lake! Steps from Lavender Hill & snowmobiling is permitted on the streets. Enjoy nearby sledding, or make it a day & head over to a ski resort. Additionally, enjoy bowling, an indoor water park, indoor neon mini golf, an escape room to name a few ideas!

Adorable studio type apartment separate entrance

Everything you need to relax & recharge in one cozy space. Private entrance. This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

Forest Avenue Bungalow

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil Barn Loft apartment. Enjoy the 1,000 feet of Carr Creek and abundant wildlife that surround this beautiful getaway. Fish the near by Pere Marquette River and hunt whitetail deer in season. Relax by the flowing pond and fire pit while grilling out. Great place for outdoor enthusiast, snowmobilers, and ATV riding, with an abundance of well marked trails. Ample covered parking for all of your toys. Bring your pet for a small fee.

Family summer home that is occasionally renterd. Older, modest property with no frills. Great location. Close to the beach, Mears State Park, Channel Park and downtown. Full living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs sitting area with two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One and a half baths. Covered front porch. Washer and dryer. All linens, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans are included. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave with full oven and refrigerator.

Little Cabin in the Woods

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.

Enjoy your own private waterfront on beautiful Crystal Lake! Our updated, 768 sq ft cottage has just about everything you need for a weekend or week long stay! Use our 2 kayaks to explore the lake. It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets.
