This home was perfect for our family! It was super clean and cozy. We were traveling with our toddler and they were very accommodating and brought us baby gates for the stairs. The labels on the doors and cabinets were also very helpful. They even had waters and snacks for us. The location is great and near lots of shops and restaurants. We were staying close to family nearby. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

Beautiful clean home, beautiful yard and pool. Very spacious, fit our family of 6 very well, plenty of room. This is our 4th time renting from Colleen. Twice here and twice at the lake house. We will definitely rent from her again. She has beautiful homes. Thank you Colleen!

Great location, just minutes from Detroit. We had 7 people in town to go to a Tigers game and everyone slept comfortably while we were there. It was too cold for the pool while we were there, but everything else was exactly as described. We would definitely book with Emily again and are thinking about a return visit to this property in the summer.

Great place for my young son and I to explore Detroit on Spring Break. Safe neighborhood and parking in private driveway was great. The upstairs den was a surprising hit! House is decorated nicely.

I only stayed 1 night wish I could have stayed more. I love the entire home. My favorite area was the basement and the master bedroom. I plan to return soon.

The home was modernized and centrally located with lots of restaurants nearby. Also, the hosts Daniel and Kelly wanted to ensure our experience was great and they always checked in on us to ensure we were taken care off and we had everything we needed…

The place was super clean, renovated and located in a beautiful region. Perfect for reunion with family or friends on both sides of the border.

The Windsor Castle was perfect for our stay. We were 5 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The rooms were spacious and the little details were really appreciated (fresh flowers)! All the amenities were exactly as expected and we did enjoy the sauna for a few minutes! The neighborhood was quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. Good pubs and conveniences were very walkable. I would recommend this location and hosts if going to Windsor.

Everything was great! We were there on a work trip and the house had everything you could need. Great location and communcation.

Craig was very responsive to my questions and good at communicating overall. He provided great info and easy instructions from the beginning. The place was very clean when I walked in and has a nice sized living room. It was very easy to get in and to lock up when leaving. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils you need, with some additional supplies for comfort. The two bedrooms were a bit compact, but not cluttered and had nice beds and clean linens. Also had outlets that were easily accessible for your charger or laptop if needed. The neighborhood itself is very residential and has a nice community vibe. I really appreciated having a driveway to park in, as it made it easy to unpack the car, and you never had to worry about finding a parking spot. The only downside is there was an upstairs tenant who made loud noises while walking around. Overall, I would stay here again and as I said, Craig was very good at keeping an open line of communication.

Stayed with two of my friends on a trip to visit some long distance friends we havent seen in a while, the stay was awesome, beautiful home, Netflix and cozy rooms, had no issues checking in as well! Shastina was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the area as well as recommending some local places to visit! the house was also very clean when we arrived, highly recommend staying here, we will be booking again in the future!

The blue house was amazing! Daniel is an amazing host who’s willing to go the extra mile without even asking! He was very accommodating and the home and kitchen had everything that you needed!! I would 10/10 recommend his home again and even look forward to booking again! All the games and the beautiful backyard were great for the kids! I wish the weather was a bit warmer so we could’ve tried out the grill, but maybe next time! Thanks for the hospitality Daniel!

Great place to stay!! Spent a couple of days with family and had good time. Nice neighborhood and nearby restaurants.

We had a great stay at Alex’s place. Once inside, not having stairs was much appreciated by my older sister. All modern appliances were a plus for our stay. A level 2 charger convenience was also the reason why we booked his place.

Our stay at the Cozy Cottage was nothing short of perfection. The house was as beautiful outside as it was inside. Everything is so beautifully decorated and leaves you feeling like you are right at home. There is local art on display, as well as lovely antiques (loved the wooden hanger details in the front hall, and the silverware!). There is a beautiful covered front patio that is the coziest spot to have a morning coffee and listen to the birds. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the neighborhood was so quiet we had a couple of very restful nights. The location is perfect for walking to downtown, as well as very close to a lovely restaurant “Centro” and a yummy cookie shop “Sweet C’s Cookie Creations.” We can’t wait to stay again next time we are in Chatham! Sarita’s place was absolutely wonderful, the pictures don’t even do it justice. It was such a nice stay, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, and everything is well organized. The entertainment garage was the cherry on top! If I ever need another place to stay for the night, I will always check to see if Sarita’s place is available.

Absolutely fantastic home - made our stay in Grosse Pointe really comfortable and central to everything. Will definitely be back!
