The decor is contemporary and very spacious, fully equipped with all the conveniences of home Come relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the patio! $250 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Pets to be in crates when not home. 4 people max occupancy. $150 charged if not respected

Our guest House is a 1940's farmhouse that has been beautifully restored and modernized. This 3-bedroom 1 bath retreat preserves its original character while offering the amenities today's travelers appreciate. Nestled on a 60-acre horse farm, the property offers a peaceful escape surrounded by pastures, woods, a pond, and the quiet beauty of the countryside. Located 10 minutes to downtown Forest City, 25 minutes to Tryon International Equestrian Center, one hour from Asheville and Charlotte.

The Cottage at Gilbert Landing

This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

Sweet Caroline, King/Queen/Twin, Theater&Game room

Sweet Caroline is a renovated new old house with 2 bedrooms, an updated kitchen and 2 full baths, 3 living areas: a movie theater room, sitting room, living room, and an additional game room. The King suite has an ensuite walk in shower plus a pull out twin. The Blue Room has a queen plus Pack n Play and baby monitor. Enjoy the fenced in backyard. Walk to "Trade Day" our local flea market every Monday and Thursday. Great access to Tryon, Forest City, Gaffney, Boiling Springs, Landrum, and more.

Yet, city adventures aren't far with the renowned Tryon Equestrian 20 mins away, Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC less than an hour. The farm is located within 45 mins of the Asheville and GSP airports. Come rest awhile.

Five minutes to Rutherford Hospital, easy access to TIEC, the nearby blueridge mountains, historic Asheville and Hendersonville or if you are looking for something different you could easily visit Charlotte or Greenville SC.
