Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cabin. Enjoy the view of the horses napping in the pasture. Take a walk around the 23 acre property with mowed trails. Sit by the campfire, lay in the hammock, play games on the picnic table or Visit Animal Adventure a few miles away. Catch a ballgame, hockey game or a show in town and have a nice dinner at any of our local restaurants. We just want you to love it here as much as we do. Fish or Hike at Chenango Valley State Park is just over the hill.

This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.

Nestled in the woods, The Porch is a peaceful, private retreat—a cozy canvas tent with two porches and an outdoor shower beneath the trees. Located on 5 acres shared with a family homestead, it’s surrounded by wildflowers, gardens, and a roadside farmstand out front. Enjoy optional add-ons like farm tours, U-pick harvest baskets, and photoshoots. Evenings glow under string lights with a fire pit and games. Overlooking the Susquehanna River, canoe/kayak access just a couple a minutes away.

The kitchen offers all ammenities, such as a dishwasher, large french door style refrigerator, and a ton of storage along with ample countertops.

This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

Relax on 4 acres of nature in a rural setting of Upstate New York. The backyard butt's up to the Susquehanna River, hop on in! Walk down the street to see the neighbors cows and horses or to the boat ramp access. Community members occasionally do sunset yoga on the walking Ouaquaga bridge (2 min walk) from the property. There's also a park close by and the zoo Animal Adventure within 3 miles. At night cozy up in the open concept apartment.

Enjoy beautiful views from every room of rolling hills and forests. There’s plenty to do at the half acre fishing/ swimming pond and this location is close to Hawkins Pond and hiking trails.
