Due to family reasons message me for availability. 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, our completely restored 1949 Spartan Mansion is set up above the gardens in a very private, wooded section of No.9 Farms in Ashland City. Situated on over 40 acres, the trailer sits under a pavilion with an amazing outdoor bath house, kitchen, outdoor covered deck and a fire pit. 12 and older. 2 people. 2 NIGHT MINIMUM. You can stay Sunday if you book Saturday :). Just reach out and I will open Sunday.

This RV is the roomiest and feels airy and open with two slide outs in the living room and one slide out in the bunk room. It sleeps 6-8 people comfortably. Take this home away from home to a camp ground of your choice to enjoy the great outdoors. There is a delivery fee up to 60 miles. Ranges $120-$360. You will book your camp ground and pay their nightly fees. Please send location when booking.

The Happy Camper in Nashville's Backyard

The Happy Camper is a 1971 fully restored camper with whimsical styling and all the comforts of home. It is close to the city (20 min. from downtown) but nestled down in a holler in the forest. With a queen bed in the single bedroom, a couch that converts to a double bed in the main living area, and bunk beds tucked into a corner, this is perfect for a family getaway or a group of friends out for the weekend. The deck overlooks a seasonal waterfall and the fire pit is perfect for stargazing.

Along with the RV indoor kitchen we have an outdoor gas cooktop, gas grill, charcoal grill and a Traeger as well as a fire-pit for S'mores.

Prepare to spoil yourself.  He sleeps 8. This is the Glamper for your large family, or invite your extended family! The kitchen features a sink island facing the door, a fireplace, and blue ambient lighting. This travel trailer has a pantry and queen-size bunks! The couch is close to a large flat-screen TV, and the dining table turns into additional beds.   Parents, enjoy the room separate from the rest with mirrors, closet space,  and an upgraded queen-size bed with memory foam.

The outside of the camper is also wired for TV making this an ideal camper for tailgating!
