Great accommodation and lovely hosts. We had a great time.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful our experience at White Elm Farm was. Everything was as listed, squeaky clean and the hosts are absolutely lovely! It is close enough to everything exciting that Nashville has to offer, yet located in a peaceful area away from the chaos so you can recharge. The next time I book a trip to Nashville, I will absolutely check to see if this place is available. Judy was so helpful and I am so appreciative of their hospitality.

Everything was as expected and we had a wonderful time at your house. We had the issue with the refrigerator but we managed just fine.

The perfect peaceful getaway! It was great to drive the 30 min to Nashville and then come back to the quiet house. Beautiful views from the deck, the most comfortable bed and cool music memorabilia all around! We can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful peaceful weekend. It was a bit rainy so the gas fireplace was very much welcomed. Nice location to Arrington Vineyards and great little restaurants in Eagleville. It was everything thing we needed. Had an issue with our car on Saturday and Gail was very helpful getting us information! Sanford House will be our go to when we are in the area!

The White House was a beautiful home and peaceful location!

We went to Nashville for my daughters graduation. It was the perfect spot to share the special day. I would definitely recommend this cute little cottage if you need a place to stay. And they allow your fur babies. That is a rare find.

Cory's place was fantastic. The downtown views are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING yet it is so peaceful. The wildlife was incredible as well, we saw deer and squirrels and many different birds on the property. The cabin is quaint yet seemed very large for our party of 5. Very well appointed and clean. Clear instructions and great communication from Cory. 10 miles to downtown Nashville yet we felt like we were in the country, a HUGE plus. The stars of the stay had to be the horses on the property!!! If I'm in Nashville I'll 100% stay at Cory's again!!!

We enjoyed the stay! Definitely family friendly and our little one loved the hayride and the breakfast. Would definitely visit again!

"La Cabana" is a very unique cabin setting. We are animal lovers and felt great amongst the farm animals. The hosts are undoubtedly the most friendliest people on this planet. Grace is so fun to spend time with. Peacock (Ginger) and peahens that roam around without any human fear is such a delightful sight. My wife and daughter fell in love with this cute 5 weeks only pony "Timber". The entire cabin has very distinctive paintings done by Grace. Kitchen is well equipped with pans and silverwares. There were fresh farm eggs in kitchen when we checked-in. Had fun understanding new board games that were available. Our daughter enjoyed playing the Tongue drums. The deck is huge with lots of furniture. The bedrooms are cozy with tons of lines available for guests. We opted for a one painting session and Grace is a skilled artists. It felt great to learn few tip and tricks from her at her studio. Studio attic is so impressive. Marty and Grace are an amazing hosts. Loved our stay!!

Wonderful, private location with beautiful views! Did have some minor issues with bugs that were easily taken care of but otherwise the place was perfect for a weekend getaway far from work and distractions. An excellent place to nestle down with a good book and a cup of tea on the back porch.

The pictures don't do this idyllic setting as much justice as it deserved. The grounds around the home are SO beautiful. We were there in April and so much was in bloom, Azaleas, Creeping Phlox, lots of Hostas popping up, and the trees, so many trees. You are truly in the country with Frank's place, in a forest. Everything inside was clean, pretty and comfy, Lots of seating in the sunroom and on the back and front porches. Beds were very comfy, home was charming, wifi worked very well, bathroom quite lovely and clean. I wish I could have been there a week instead of just 2 nights! About 15 min away is Loveless Cafe, a must go to, and we did, twice. Great breakfasts, and their homemade biscuits hot out of the oven, oh my! 100% loved my stay here, and loved meeting Frank, Wanda and the 3 sweet and very quiet dogs

We had a fantastic stay in Brentwood! Steve was incredibly attentive and efficient, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Even responding to our midnight mishap. The home was spotless, with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The beds were super comfortable, and the piano was such a lovely added bonus. The shower pressure was amazing in the Master bedroom. We were in and out a lot, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning. One of the highlights was getting to tour Steve’s studio—what an amazing experience! Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed.

Words nor pictures will truly compare to the beauty of the property this also amazing home sits on. Everything was perfect from day 1 to 6. If you want your own private 60 acre state park all to yourself this is it. Rock and geology lovers this place is literally heaven. We loved our stay roaming the woods to climbing all the rock formations. It was perfect.

If you are considering booking a place in this area, stop scrolling and book this! The house is perfect! Two bathrooms, a wonderful open concept kitchen/living room, huge windows with a wonderful view. The kitchen is also very well socked. It was so peaceful, sitting out on the giant back porch, listening to the birds. We hope to return in the future!

We loved staying at this beautiful spot over a creek! So much love and attention to detail was put into this home making it is so welcoming and cozy. Every moment by the creek was something new to take in and enjoy. Our toddlers had a blast chasing fish in the creek and watching the snails under the bridge. Could not have asked for a better spot to stay. It allowed us to slow down and take in our surroundings more than usual! 10/10 recommend

This was exactly what we wanted! We were close enough to Nashville to have fun and see the sights, but when we were ready to rest, the peaceful and rural location of this adorable place was perfect. Check in was super easy, it was clean with everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again.

We had a nice stay at the farm! While visiting the city of Nashville, we wanted a country experience where we would be able to see and pet some farm animals. We were not disappointed! We were able to pet a very friendly goat and by the end of our stay, the cows started walking up to us to get petted. There were chickens and ducks roaming the property and we were able to see some pigs too. It was a great balance between the city and country. Our host, Robert, always responded when we messaged him and was helpful. The Airbnb was accurately described. The beds were comfortable too. We would stay here again.

Came in town for a wedding and booked specifically for proximity to the venue. Hosts were excellent at communicating and instructions were clear. Cabin was nicely suited for our needs. It’s located right next to Arrington Vinyard, which had music and was very lively during the day while we were there. It was just a short walk across the street and worth checking out. Nights were quiet and peaceful. Overall, a very beautiful area and worth the trip!

I stayed here for a month while I visited my family and looked for home to purchase in the area. Mark and Charlotte are great! Both are gracious and affable and treated me like family. You can tell they take pride in their place and enjoy hosting. This is my second time staying here and will be my go to place for my future visits to the area. I highly recommend staying here.

Exactly what I needed. The quiet cabin in the peaceful forest, made my stay not only restful and comforting, but also safely connected with nature. The host has been incredibly responsive and accommodating. I’m looking forward to my next stay at the cabin on the ridge.

We enjoyed staying at the cabin very much. It is located in one of the prettiest locations in Tennessee. Leiper’s Fork captures the real TN while being within 20-30 minutes of Franklin, Thompson Station and Nashville. I would highly recommend Margaret Ann and her property.

A group of friends and I stayed at this location. We wanted a place close to the city but did not feel like a city vibe and this place was perfect! We enjoyed the farm-like feel with the many animals around us and we felt safe at the location. The host was friendly and responsive to anything we needed and the house had plenty of space for us to enjoy ourselves. We had the best time on our mini vacation. Definitely would come back!

We loved staying here! We were here for a wedding and arrived a week in advance.Abby was really welcoming, even coming up to visit us and check everything was ok and to bring us wood for the outside fire area! Chuck had cut up logs for us and they handballed them off into the barn, telling us all about the area and recommending places to eat. They were friendly and smiley but not at all intrusive. We felt we could ask for anything at all and nothing was too much trouble;e! We saw turkeys and a ground hog and our first ever armadillo ( just up the road!). We were really close ( 2mins) to the local state park and the perfect distance from "town" Close enough to visit for foo, but far enough away to feel outside in the country. The house itself was enormous( for us Brits!) and we could have all slept in the California King! Who knew beds could be that enormous! They really had thought of everything with tea, coffee, hot chocolate & oil, a few herbs, already there, very well stocked!
