Cottage-Like Setting near Vanderbilt/Lipscomb

Bring a tray of refreshing beverages to a screened-in porch with views of green grass and mature trees. Keep French doors open to let air flow throughout the house. Upon entry, you'll first notice our spacious screened-in porch, equipped with remote control string lights that set the perfect stage for a relaxing evening with family and friends. Inside, the house features two separate living areas, one lounge friendly TV/game room and another sitting area off the dining room with a queen sofa sleeper. No matter what size group you're traveling with, everyone will have a comfortable space to gather and unwind. The kitchen has been newly renovated and features all brand new, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is a full-functioning space and includes any cooking tools you may need, as well as a large set of dinnerware (and kids' dinnerware too!). Enjoy your morning coffee at our breakfast nook or spread out for a meal at our large dining room table. Bedroom 1 has a lovely view of the backyard and screened-in porch and has a comfortable queen size bed. Bedroom 2 is light and bright and also has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 is very cozy and has two twin beds and a desk space, perfect for getting ready or getting some work done. Should you need them, bedrooms 1 and 2 have extra comforters in the closets. As previously mentioned, the front living room has a brand new, queen size sofa sleeper with sheets, blankets and pillows in the wicker trunk. We also have a pack-n-play for the kids! Our home has a large backyard, with idyllic views and plenty of space for kids to run around and play. You'll enjoy a retreat-like setting while being only minutes from Nashville's best restaurants, shops and sights! The entire home is yours and there is ample parking in the driveway. We live only a few minutes away, so we're never far if you need anything at all. Just send us a message and we'll be happy to help! The house is in the Green Hills neighborhood, on a quiet non-through street. It's minutes from Vanderbilt University, 12 South, and Lipscomb University, and it's only 5 miles from downtown. The area is perfect for walks any time of day. The best way to get around Nashville is by driving. Our recommendation, if you don't have a car, is using ride-share services like Lyft or Uber. All you have to do is download the app, and within minutes you'll have fast and reliable transportation all around the city! For your safety, one outdoor surveillance camera is installed to monitor the driveway/back door.

Romantic Cottage in a Historic Setting in Nashville

Pasquo cottage is set on the hillside of a 5-acre property, next to a 200-year-old home that served as a hospital in the civil war. It's on the western edge of Nashville, off Highway 100 and Sneed Road. The famous Loveless cafe is one mile away. We are 15 minutes from downtown Franklin, 25 minutes to Leaper's Fork, 15 minutes to Green Hills, 20 minutes to Downtown, 30 minutes to the Fontanel. Grocery, Starbucks, and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away in Bellevue. And don't forget the Loveless Cafe! Our closest restaurant to the house is world-famous for their biscuits, southern food, BBQ, and shops. Uber/Lyft available.

Guest Suite in the Mansion [5 STAR]

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. We recognize the experience is as important as the stay.

East Nashville Writer's Retreat

STRP Permit #2017035549. Welcome to my cozy hangout. This south-facing home catches the sun all day and is bright and airy. The kitchen is recently remodeled with stone countertops and all the appliances and cookware you need. The bathroom has also been renovated and has a powerful shower. Nashville airport is only 9 miles from here. While you're here, why not get your creative juices flowing and use my funky old piano and guitar to become a Nashville songwriter and pen the next number 1 hit.

Convenient apartment with easy parking and private entrance. The space is perfect for a single person or 2 adults, and a child or two if you have them. A cozy hideaway in a quiet neighborhood, with a small patio, garden, and creek beyond. Only 20 minutes to downtown, 15 to Vanderbilt. Super comfy queen bed, plus two additional sleeping options: a chaise in the bedroom, and a twin-size daybed in the the living room. Keurig coffeemaker and bottled water dispenser. Covered parking at your door.

Private room for 2 - comfortable furnishings & separate from the main living space. Quiet neighborhood, walkable, booming East Nashville: 1/2 mi. or less to Aldi & Kroger grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, Shelby Park & Greenway. 1 mi. from Historic 5 Points (restaurants , boutiques, live music venues), 2.5 miles from downtown, Interstates and Germantown neighborhood. My home is located on four forested acres in West Nashville. It is 15 minutes to downtown, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities; 5 minutes to the Warren Parks, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Belle Meade Plantation; 5 minutes to I-40; great views, restaurants and dining! You’ll love my place because of the park-like setting, convenient location, and a great neighborhood for walking/jogging. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Historic home located in the heart of Downtown Franklin. You will have half of this century old southern charmer all to yourself. The home is divided into two units with no shared spaces. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, parlor, and office space with a double bed...and private use of the Front Porch. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

Cozy Green Hills apartment (1 mi from Lipscomb U.)

Our 1-bedroom basement apartment features full-bath, kitchen, and a large living area. Just 10 minutes from downtown, it's set on a quiet street surrounded by nature. There is private entry, parking, and lots of personal touches. Families of students at Lipscomb, Belmont, and Vanderbilt love our proximity to the campuses. Couples love the quiet retreat from a full day of touring the city. Musicians love the upright piano and woody surroundings. And ALL are welcome!
