Comes fully equipped with your own fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (coffee and tea is complimentary), and all kitchen essentials. Queen size bed and new comfy sleeper sofa. Record player with real classic records you can play and even a guitar to jam on (this is Music City after all, so don’t be shy)! Television, which also allows guests to access Netflix, etc through Amazon Fire TV and all major network channels in HD. Private and completely detached guest house with well lit entry. The property is located on a wide street with sidewalks on both sides. It's directly across from a big green field that belongs to a local church. Kroger is about a quarter of a mile away, along with all kind of eateries and hot spots in Germantown, AND you can see part of the downtown skyline (famous AT&T Batman building included) from the south window! Walk, Uber, Drive, Bike Sleeper sofa linens, pillows, etc. will automatically be provided for parties of three or four. Can also be provided upon request for parties of two.

Hip and Stylish Loft in a Quiet Historic Neighborhood

Cook in a full kitchen and dine at a farm table that was custom made for the space. The feeling here is modern country chic, where earthy simplicity meets the sophisticated style of brass faucets, modern lighting fixtures, and beautifully appointed floors. Well lit, the space is very homey, with a full queen sleeper sofa and extra comfortable beds. The open layout makes the loft feel roomy and very spacious. Guests are allowed to use the entire upstairs garage apartment as well as the back yard if they would like. My husband and I are both readily available for any questions you may have or help 24/7 The loft sits behind the main house on a quiet street near great coffee shops and restaurants. This historic neighborhood couldn't be more convenient to the Nashville hotspots—it's right off the interstate yet tucked away to get that neighborly feel. The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. That means that everything in the room is there for my guests. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.

Beautiful two bedroom, two bath art filled historic bunaglow. Roomy front porch plus large screened in back porch. Walking distance to downtown, FIve Points activities, grocery, bars, and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: House rules must be read and agreed to before booking. Owners live in a totally separate space in the back of the property who are available but are very respectful of your privacy. The house is not appropriate for children.
