Shepherd's hut Norwegian style Somerset NO PETS

Beautifully crafted, heated by woodburner and offering enchanting views, this cosy shepherd's hut is away from everyone in its very own secluded wild paddock, only a mile from the village pub, shop and post office. A cosy cottage in the heart of Montacute just a couple of minutes walk from the National Trust property, Montacute House. The cottage has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and various decorative updates. Montacute is a small village and civil parish in Somerset, England, 4 miles (6.4 km) west of Yeovil. The village is built almost entirely of the local hamstone. At the centre of the village is a large square known as the 'Borough' around which are grouped picturesque cottages

The cottage is the perfect retreat and base to visit all Somerset and Dorset has to offer. There are two double bedrooms offering accommodation for upto 4 guests. The cottage garden is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine by the fire pit.

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.
