Perfect for couples and solo travelers to New Orleans who want to experience the city in a more local and luxurious way. Your booking will be instantly confirmed. Every home is equipped with crisp linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and kitchen and bath essentials—everything you need for an exceptional stay. You will be able to access the entire 1 br/1ba unit, the front porch and courtyard. We are available by phone, email, or Airbnb's message app. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need anything. The Lower Garden District/ Magazine Street area is one of New Orleans' oldest and trendiest neighborhoods, with a mix of 100-year-old houses, cool shops, and restaurants. Walk to Magazine Street, the St. Charles streetcar, coffee shops, and the beautiful homes of the Garden District. Close to the French Quarter, but tucked away from the noise. City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Log Apartment near Airport

ACCURATELY list guests/pets when booking. If you do weed (even medical) or smoke/vape inside, we are NOT your place. Our beautiful log apt. is attached to our house but has its own separate entrance. It's close to airport, stores, LA History. Safe area,30 mins to French Quarter. We are best for non smokers, furry friends (dogs must be walked on leash) Filled with essentials. There is a covered carport over your front door (can smoke tobacco here only). We do work out of our home.

Originally the neighborhood general store, this cozy one bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in New Orleans! The building is separate from our main house with its own private entrance. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven and cookware. A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment. Newly added outdoor area with bistro set. 2 blocks from the street car line. Centrally located and an easy walk to Tulane's campus.

Just a street car, or Uber/Lyft away from all the attractions This elegant home is perfect for extended stays in the city. It sleeps comfortably up to four and has all the amenities of home. Including TV's in each bedroom and in the living room! Formal Dinning Room eat in area in Kitchen and fully stocked Kitchen for any type of cook!

The pied-a-terre has a full kitchen, 1 bedroom and bath. The combined living and dining room has large windows allowing for abundant sunlight. Local artwork is featured and the place is very comfortable. TV's are included in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen offers plenty of pots, pans, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc, as well as local cookbooks. Pets are allowed with a fee, which is displayed when you enter them as pet guests.
