Κομψό διαμέρισμα κοντά σε όμορφη παραλία

Το διαμέρισμα , 2 έως 4 ατόμων, βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινο οικισμό, όπου μπορεί κάποιος να χαλαρώσει και να ξεκουραστεί. Απέχει 100 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και 500 μέτρα από το κέντρο του χωριού. Τα σπίτια του οικισμού είναι κτισμένα έτσι ώστε να υπάρχει ιδιωτικότητα για ξεκούραστες διακοπές. Οι παραλίες της Χανιώτης είναι από τις πιο όμορφες της Ελλάδας, με καταγάλανα νερά και όμορφες αμμουδιές. Το χωριό είναι ένα κοσμοπολίτικο Θέρετρο με πολλά καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και μπαρ για όλα τα γούστα.

A beautiful apartment just steps from a beautiful beach, offering a cool breeze throughout the summer. This 56 sq. m flat is near Hanioti village, in the second floor of a beautiful block, where the access is through stairs. There are two separated rooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a private balcony with an unobstructed stunning view. The total number of guests that can be accommodated is 4. If extra cleaning is desired, it comes at a cost of 10 euros/hour..

Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο απέναντι απ'το Βυζαντινό κάστρο της Τορώνης και την φημισμένη της ακτή. Η βίλα προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό. Παρέχει ένα καταπράσινο χώρο 500 τ.μ., με έναν κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο χώρο για πραγματική ξεκούραση. Luxury Villa in Chanioti, heated salt water pool

A Luxury Villa with private pool in Chanioti-Chalkidiki. The swimming pool is heated, has salt water and is private only for our house. On the second floor you have astonishing view of the sea and the mountain Athos as well as wonderful nature with olive trees. The village Chanioti (Hanioti) and the wonderful sea and beaches is a 10 minutes walk away or about 900 meters within beatiful nature. There is nice possibilities for walking/cycling in the mountains as well as by the sea.

Beautiful Luxury Villa in front of the sea!

The villa is situated in front of one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of Chalkidiki, in the second peninsula! Beach front, and close to everything that you will need while on holidays! Cafe bars, super market, restaurants are located in less than 1 kilometers We hope that our guests will feel like home. Our house is ideal not only for a family but also for larger groups of friends. The house is also friendly for families with kids as there is a lot of space for them to play.

SAFE DESTINATION FOR HAPPY VACATIONS!We are a safe destination since 2020 .The 2-level house(AMA00000542655) located by the sea!! It is the sea ,the beach and the house!!The visitors can enjoy the amazing sea view day and night!! Ιt is spacious (almost 110m²) house. It consists : the 1st and 2nd floor. It is sunny,airy,comfortable and include all the basic equipment for nice vacations! It is in front of the sea in a nice place ,suitable for family vacations!!.

We will be happy to welcome you to our recently renovated and fully equipped maisonette in Chanioti, Chalkidiki.
