Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Die Dachgeschosswohnung wurde vor wenigen Jahren saniert und besticht durch ein harmonisches Nebeneinander von alten Holzbalken und moderner Gestaltung mit tiefen Fenstern und Blick ins Grüne. Der Schlossgarten mit dem restaurierten Schloss liegt gegenüber. Die Bahnanbindung ist hervorragend (alle 30 Minuten nach Frankfurt). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fusslaufig zu erreichen.

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.
