Parks, play zone, restaurants and shop. During the summer months there is alao an excellent hop on, hop off open top bus service which will take you across the forest. It is just 1.5 miles to the quaint town of Fordingbridge with it's boutique shops and Salisbury and Bournemouth are close by.

There are many tourist attractions within a short drive including Poultons Park and Beaulieu Motor museum.

We have large spacious flat with a fully equipped modern kitchen. We have private parking for 1 car and the property faces the woodlands that make for lovely strolls. This flat was built in April 2025 and is equipped to the high standards of modern technology and furnishings.

Ideal for older families and small groups. Although central, the house is pleasantly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with off-street parking for 2 cars. Mature, south facing garden, ideal to relax in after exploring the local beaches and the South Downs.

The Little House is a small self-catering pied-à-terre close to the main property. It is set in the beautiful rural surroundings of The Grange Estate, Northington, well-known for its stunning opera festival in the summer and weddings and other events throughout the year. There is ample walking from the door. One well-behaved dog allowed. We have dogs and chickens.
