A light, Victorian home with south facing garden, sleeping 4 adults and 3/4 children, few mins walk along canal to Chichester centre and train station (Goodwood event shuttle bus). Ideal for Goodwood, Festival Theatre, Downs, Wittering's beaches. The beautiful canal and countryside are at the end of our peaceful street (South Bank), perfect for country walks, boat hire, canoeing (courses/ solo) paddle board hire or cycling (bikes available) to country pubs/ harbours. Three bedroom seaside townhouse.

Situated in the heart or Ryde (the biggest town on the IOW) is our beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse. This home is 0.6 miles away from the white sands of Appley beach, the bus station, Hovercraft, The Fastcat and the Train Line. A stunning location which comfortably sleeps 9 across 3 bedrooms. This home also offers a side plot, so plenty of room for parking and hosting. Which is perfect where the house has an open plan kitchen/lounge and a beautiful woodland outside area with decking and a BBQ.

Beautifully appointed Beech Hut, ideal for a secluded staycation. Named after the beech hedge alongside it, through which the sea can be seen! Comfortable lounge, kitchen bar area. Double bedroom plus en-suite with toilet and large shower. Private outside decking area with garden furniture. Parking bay at the front of the main house. Beautiful, sandy, Ryde beach is within walking distance plus all the amenities Ryde provides. Close to the Hover, Catamaran and the Portsmouth/ Fishbourne Ferry.

Located at the highest point of the beautiful village of Inkpen just below Combe Gibbett and the Berkshire Downlands. The Cottage is a new house in a seventeenth century beamed one with incredible views from the garden. Lovely riverside studio in stunning location

Beautiful light filled bedroom suite with charming kitchen and private entrance / outside terrace. The house is set in 3 acres of garden and has incredible views down the River Hamble to the Isle of Wight. Also have use of outdoor BBQ / seating area overlooking the river.
