Nearby attractions include golf pickleball, strolling beautiful beaches, climbing dunes, or simply relaxing at the beach. Ludington State Park (a Pure Michigan treasure) is a ten-minute drive.

Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.
