This is the 3rd time we have stayed in one of Dan's properties. As always, the location and accommodations were great!

This Airbnb was right in the midst of everything going on in Cincinnati. Centrally located and walking distance to downtown. Absolutely amazing restaurants and bars literally steps away from the doorstep. Could not have had a better location for our weekend trip. The apartment was beautiful as well, comfortable and clean felt like being at home. The only thing was the water pressure in the shower was not great but that is out of the owners control. Overall we had an amazing stay here and unforgettable weekend. If we come back we are definitely going to try and book here again!

This was as good an air bnb experience as I’ve had. Easy and convenient at every step, the furniture is actually quality and comfortable, not just big box garbage that’s only there to look good in pictures, and the hosts were super helpful and communicative.

Jeremiah was very prompt, and professional in his responses. Our stay was absolutely everything we were looking for and more, would definitely love to book again in the future!

This is a beautiful location! The 2 flights of stairs was worth the climb. The space looks exactly like the photos and it is located right in the heart of Cincy. There are restaurants and bars right downstairs and it is a 7 minute drive from. Payor stadium. This space was the perfect fit for my travel to the Cincinnati Music Festival. Such a beautiful apartment! Absolutely love the exposed brick inside!! Easy to find, parking wasn’t so easy since you have to park and walk, but, it’s the city and we kind of expected it to be that way. Neighborhood was quiet and a super walkable distance from the casino (which we spent most of our time). Sid was very responsive and helpful concerning the parking situation!! Thank you for a great end to our mini getaway!

Wonderful stay, super short drive across the river to lots of stuff to do in Cincinnati. Peaceful & quiet, plenty of space for a short weekend trip. Try out Wayfarer Tavern a few blocks down for some killer pizza. So good we had it 2x in 2 days.

I'm a Cincinnati native now living in Chicago. We've visited my family several times over the years and have stayed in different AirBnb's. I would say Alice's place has been our favorite so far. It's on a more private street which made it feel safe and quiet. Quiet is relative given your still in a city, but definitely a great place to stay. While this was not a concern for me, this place does have old single-pane windows. It rained all night during our stay and you could definitely hear the rain/thunder quite a bit. However, we have two young kids and this never bothered them, nor my wife or me. I would recommend Alice's place! It's nice, quiet, private, and convenient to a lot of stuff in downtown Cincinnati. Oh - and the kids loved the swing!

Chris and Chris's apartment was great for our family of 6. It is a spacious apartment and has a really cool vibe. The host were truly kind and accommodating. Their local recommendations email was also very helpful. We recommend wokring with these guys and would definitely stay again.

Ben was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. Pictures are pretty spot on. You don't get to see some of the imperfections that come with an older property. The one that got me the most: there isn't a flat spot anywhere. It's a constant up and down of uneven flooring, different flooring with uneven transitions, and that old carpet needs to go. But, that said, the cleaning by Monica is great. Besides some nose marks on a glass door left by a previous pooch, I don't think there was a dirty spot in the house. The linens and towels smelled clean, sparkling sinks and toilets, and even the outdoor furniture was spotless. Our biggest issue was the main bedroom's bed. The mattress was too firm and equaled the worst night of sleep we've had abroad. The on-site parking was so convenient. We were able to fully charge our EV overnight after a long trip. Good thing since we didn't feel comfortable walking the neighborhood at all...even during the day. We would visit again. With a car.....

Great location, place was as described. Great views and quiet location. The home was clean and had lots of amenities and little touches. The host checked on me a few times and accommodated a late check out. I’d stay at any of their properties again . Good job.

Great spot in the heart of Cincinnati. Great restaurants and bars are just steps away! We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! Robby’s place was just as pictured, with a huge selection of games. The location was convenient and walkable for all we wanted to do. Robby was so responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!

This place was very nice, it looks better in person than in the photos. Very large, 3 bedrooms but each one is far apart from the other bedroom which is nice for privacy. Private parking spot at the apartment and very easy street parking as well. Very close to Newport and downtown cincy. I would recommend this place to stay!

Excellent apartment and host. Easy to check in, very clean, elegant furniture, comfy beds and linens, ice in freezer, so nice to have laundry access. We will likely be back! Great spot for pets. Small grassy area next door and good walking neighborhood with sidewalks just around the corner. Do note that you have to go up a steep flight of stairs to enter the unit as described in the listing.

I was a little apprehensive renting a room in a condo but I was welcomed the moment I arrived and felt at home right away...host gives you your space but is also there if you need her. Only thing that was not perfect... is the bed was too firm for my sleeping preference.

Loved my stay! The yard was so cute and the inside was beautifully decorated. Very cozy. I will definitely stay again! Location is truly unbeatable. Loved it so much!!

Most important to me when using Airbnb is that the previous reviews match my experience and they were in this case. The hosts were accessible and responded to any communication promptly….which is paramount to me when using this service. The place was clean and as described…..another important factor. No unhappy surprises. Thank you for a pleasant stay in Cincinnati! I would not hesitate for a moment to book with you again.

Shannon’s home was very clean and tidy and smelled fresh and clean when we arrived. Shannon gave us a list of places to eat and things to do before we checked in and also had a list provided at the home. Shannon had great response time and was professional and friendly. If you come to Cincinnati I would recommend booking her home 10/10!!

Stayed in Cincinnati for the weekend, this location allows for walking to many bars and restaurants. Parking was just as described, had no issues with the door codes or free parking pass. Great little spot!
