Koe helppoa asumista lähellä keskustaa. Pysäköi ilmaiseksi ja lataa autosi edullisesti. Koe virkistävä luontoyhteys mm. maastopyöräreiteille takapihaltasi käsin. Aloita aamusi luontolenkillä, rentoudu pehmeissä löylyissä ja nauti virvokkeita aurinkoterassilla. Valmista ruokasi tyylikkäässä keittiössä, ruokaile omalla katetulla terassilla ja nauti rento iltasi olohuoneessa netflixin tai kaupungilla kulttuuri- ja viihdetarjonnan parissa. Jääkylpymahdollisuus 25 euron lisämaksusta (5.8.2024–>).

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Cottage is meant for 2 people (no parties, no extra guests). Day guests can be agreed separately for 25€/person. Our own house is in the same garden.

Siisti omakotitalomme sivuasunto sijaitsee lähellä Kangasalan keskustaa (0,5 km). Huoneistossamme on kaksi huonetta eli makuuhuone ja olohuone sekä keittotila ja kylpyhuone. Huoneistossamme on astiat, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin, induktioliesi, uuni, mikro, parisänky ja vuodesohva. Tarvittaessa saa lisäpatjoja. Vieraille on parkkipaikka pihassa. Lähellä Ukki-järvi ja mahtavia lenkkeilymaastoja Kirkkoharjussa. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet Tampereelle, bussilla n. 30 min, pysäkille matkaa 150m.

The studio is located in the heart of the city center, just a few steps from Nokia Arena - and you can park your car in the garage directly below the building. This second floor apartment's interior is designed to give a hotel room vibe, and the big, comfortable bed guarantees a good night's sleep. The studio features a large glaced balcony, a portable air-conditioner and a full-size bathroom with a washer. Welcome 😊

The House with a Spa

Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

Kiva, saunallinen rivitalohuoneisto rauhallisella alueella n. 5km kaupungin keskustasta. Pihasssa 1 autopaikka ja bussipysäkki lähellä. Kaupungin yleiselle hiekkauimarannalle on näköyhteys takapihalta. Metsikön läpi n.100 askelta, tietä pitkin 0,5km. Yksi polkupyörä on mahdollista saada käyttöön vierailun ajaksi.
