This could be a perfect place for your kids to play. The house is in quiet neighborhood. My place is 15 minutes' drive from DFW airport. Northeast mall is 3.1 mile away, ATNT stadium is 7 miles away and Fort Worth stockyard is 15 minutes' drive from my place. Dallas downtown is 25 minutes' drive from my home if you want to visit JFK museum.

“Eagle Nest” Tiny Home sits on a large lot with huge trees lots of privacy. Only 10 min or so from Arlington’s entertainment district. Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, Sixflags, Water Park & Texas Live. Downtown Fort Worth is just a short drive away. Eagle Nest has a shower, toilet, microwave, coffee pot, Wi-Fi & smart TV with Cable. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.

Welcome to the Texas Experience! This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to just minutes to Downtown Ft. Worth, Sundance Square, the famous Stockyards and just 15 miles to AT&T Stadium. Built in 1947 with original hardwood floors, but we've completely renovated everything else. You'll get the Texas experience with all of the Southwest decor. Enjoy the large back yard and sit out on the covered back deck, play some corn hole and have a cook out using the BBQ
