A lockable shed is available for cycles and there is space for cars and m'bikes to be parked off road. One medium/2 small dogs welcome, contact host. Situated between the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks and close to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there is plenty to do and see in the area. Richmond, market town is close by .

No pets and no smoking. Not suitable for children. The market town of Bedale is 'the gateway to the Dales' and boasts a beautiful Georgian main street and an abundance of places to eat; an ideal base from which to explore North Yorkshire.

The cottage is well equipped for self catering accommodation and is furnished as a farm cottage, with a light and cosy feel inside. We have spent a lot of time ensuring that there is everything you could want and need in the cottage to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Powell cottage is pet friendly for 1 dog, please enquire if you would like to bring more than 1. Please make sure you have added a pet to your booking.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable country escape. Our shepherds hut is situated next to our family farm. Kick off your boots and get ready to chill by the fire. Or even indulge with a dip in your own private wood fired hot tub. The hut has all the amenities you need including a wood fired pizza oven. A village pub and shops just a short drive away.
