Mendip Molly - Palace on Wheels

Mendip Molly is a Showman Wagon, set on the beautiful Mendip Hills just 10 mins drive from the Glastonbury Festival site. For nearly 70 years it was the home for generations of traveling showmen and their families. The beautiful 'Living Wagon', built in Dagenham, 1949 still retains much of its original mahogany interior. It’s adorned with cut glass mirrors, chrome fittings and chandeliers. With additions such as a shower room, staying here surely make for a unique memorable and relaxing holiday.

Simple & stylish 1 bedroom stay in Chilcompton with en-suite, hot tub and games room including pool table. Sole and exclusive use of hot tub and games room without time restrictions. Note- During periods of high winds the privacy screens will not be permanently erected however privacy and security is guaranteed and unaffected. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac. Designated parking with private entrance. Local shops and country pubs (The Reddan and The Wagon) in walking distance and highly recommended.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Enjoy a beautiful Somerset getaway in the historic Old Dairy surrounded by open countryside but nestled in a beautiful old village of with a fabulous pub only 5 minutes walk. There are over 20 acres of fields and woodland to explore including a stunning spring fed wild swimming lake to jump into on summer days or even winter ones if you're feeling brave. We are 10 mins drive from the charming historic city of Wells with its beautiful Cathedral, 20 mins from Glastonbury Tor & 30 mins from Bath

Contemporary Barn near Wells, Bath and Bristol

House rules: Quiet time and 10pm end time on hot tub. A detached luxury two bedroom, two bathroom, contemporary barn conversion with a fabulous 44' reception room, with stunning views, chefs kitchen, hot tub and located in an AONB, 1 minutes drive to a fantastic pub. Fabulous countryside walks, fishing, 7 miles to Wells and 12 miles to Bath and Bristol. The barn is not suitable for young children. Located side on, on a small "B" road, the road has become much busier recently. Sorry no pets.

Nestled in a peaceful valley and overlooking surrounding farmland, it truly is a very special and relaxing place to stay. We welcome up to two well behaved dogs (dogs stay FREE). EV charging point. Nearest pub is a mile away. Midsomer Norton 1.5 miles, Wells 9.1 miles, Glastonbury 11 miles, Frome 8.4 miles, Bath 12 miles, Longleat 10 miles.

Rose Barn

A converted stone-built barn, Rose Barn is a self-contained detached property with own entrance and private south-facing garden on the grounds of Grade II listed cottage surrounded by countryside conveniently situated on the edge of the village of Gurney Slade, just few miles of the remarkable cathedral city of Wells and the beautiful Mendip Hills, with easy access to historic Bath, Glastonbury, Frome and Bristol. There are many stunning National Trust houses and gardens to visit nearby.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Rookham View Lodge is located on a smallholding on top of the Mendips overlooking Wells. Relax on the patio, catch a view of the Red Kite soaring high, or visit the sheep, ponies, goats, ducks and chickens in the surrounding field. Get active on the many footpaths leading from our property, gently cycle the Somerset levels or try the more challenging rides on the Mendip Hills. Active or relaxing - we guarantee you will enjoy the view from our Lodge at the end of your day.
