Dining area+BBQ in garden. 10 minutes' walk from the station. By car : 15min from Papillorama 20min from Bienne 20min from Neuchâtel 30min from Berne 30min from Fribourg Hiking, cycling, swimming, farm market.

Charmant studio en vieille ville

Charmant studio situé au cœur de la vieille ville de Fribourg avec une vue imprenable sur la Sarine. Il se compose d'un grand lit double, d'une salle de bain avec douche, d'une cuisinette et d'un petit balcon. Logement pour 1 ou 2 personnes, indépendant, de 24m2, dans une maison familiale. Nous mettons à votre disposition la literie, les serviettes de toilette et une machine à laver et sécher le linge. Le ménage est effectué une fois par semaine, appartement non fumeur et non adapté aux animaux.

Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe ist der Bahnhof, nur 2 Gehminuten! 10 Min. bis zum See und der schönen Promenade! Kinderspielplatz gleich um die Ecke!

La Vielle-Ville et le centre historique se situe à 3 km seulement. A proximité, 500 m se trouvent le parc des expositions Forum Fribourg ainsi que la salle de jeux du Casino Barrière. Situé à 2 km de la sortie de l'autoroute A12 Fribourg-Nord, Gare CFF à 12 mn en bus et 20 mn à pieds. Centres com à 300 m (Migros, Coop, et Mediamarkt) Restaurant Coop ouvert jusqu'à 19 h lu-ma-me-ve et jusqu'à 21 h je, sa jusqu'à 16 h. Bus ligne 1 (Portes de Fribourg-Marly Gérine) à 300 m pour centre ville.

The residence is equipped with a seasonal, outdoor swimming pool and a playground. The apartment is very well located, on the edge of a calm village, and is a 2 minute walk from the forest; it is very well linked, by car and public transport (bus stop in front), to Murten, Bern, Fribourg, the ski stations of Schwarzsee and La Berra...

Das Appartement liegt an traumhafter Lage zwischen dem Bundeshaus und dem schönen Marzilibad an der Aare. Die Parterrewohnung ist vom Bahnhof in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, absolut zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Ideal für Geschäftsleute, aber auch für Menschen, die an idyllischer Lage Cityferien machen wollen.

Einfach und gemütlich

In unserem Haus haben wir im 1. Stock eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung eingerichtet. Separater Eingang sowie 50 Schritte von der Postautohaltestelle Kleingümmenen und 10 min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Gümmenen entfernt. Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im Grünen nahe dem beschaulichen Städtchen Laupen und Murten.
