Enjoy the country setting with convenient proximity to Richland and the beautiful Gull Lake. This cozy home is nestled on a wooded acre. You enter the home off the deck into the kitchen, which leads to an open layout living space. The dining room features a large window overlooking nature. Down the hallway are two comfortable bedrooms and a renovated bath. Basement with washer and dryer available. Guests have access to kayaks on Gull Lake. Within 20 minutes of both Kalamazoo and Battle Creek.

Seize this opportunity to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright treasure! Mahogany accents have been meticulously restored, and the gardens are in full bloom throughout the season. Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.

Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! We are thrilled to open up a part of our lives and our home to you! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!
