When you stay at this centrally-located home you are a short 5 min walk to the beach and downtown. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Views of the river and boat traffic. Plenty of room for family and friends. 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Updated kitchen and baths. Outside you have a nice seating area, BBQ area, and plenty of parking. Downtown is less than a mile walk or drive or bike. The home is on Silver Lake, which is one of the premier lakes in the area. Only 15 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 5 miles from quant and charming downtown Rockford. Updated in 2022. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
