The Gun Laker - BRAND NEW Waterfront Cottage

Two floors of room for the whole family! Enjoy all Gun Lake has to offer at The Gun Laker! Outdoor there is dock + platform with boat rental slip, FOUR paddle boards, a water volleyball, outdoor heater, bonfire pit, grill, + outdoor furniture! First floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, TV, two bedrooms, full bathroom, washer + dryer, and outdoor patio. Second floor is a separate bedroom studio with a king bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, dining space, and living space with TV.

Family Legacy Resort, Making great family memories

We purchased the property in 2010 and Built this cottage for our family. After our children moved out we sold our home and moved here as our full-time residence. We loved lake living so decided to build our new home on the same property, using our cottage as a guest home. We did not use it as much as expected so we decided to Rent it for additional retirement income. The building has 1536 sq ft, including the 3-season porch. 2, 12'x15' bedrooms with 7 beds, plus a sofa bed in the living area.

Treloar Cottage

Tucked away in the quaint countryside, Treloar Cottage provides the peaceful getaway you've been waiting for! There are water activities, a grill, fireplace, campfire pit and full lake access. The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Upon arrival, don't forget to look in our activity binder for things to do and places to see! Or, just get comfortable and enjoy!

Adorable Gun Lake Cottage

Welcome to this quaint 660 sq ft cottage on the 2,680 acre Gun Lake. Memories are to be made on this all sports lake with 5,200 acres of trails nearby at Yankee Springs Recreation Area. The main level is a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry & living area with a queen size Murphy bed in the living area. Upstairs in the loft are 2 twin beds & a full bed. No actual bedrooms. Upstairs balcony overlooks the lake. Outside you have access to 3 adult kayaks, 2 child kayaks, & a stand up paddleboard.

Gun lake cottage - AC, Grill, Fire pit, dock, more

Cute 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a full kitchen, AC/heat, laundry, towels, pillows, blankets, bonfire, dock, kayaks, and more! One bedroom has a queen bed while the other has a full size bed. Queen size air mattress available as well. The Gazebo is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing at night. Fire up the grill or use the bonfire. We’re on the channel and have a dock you can use for your own boat or rent ours (additional cost, lifejackets for all ages). Enjoy your Gun Lake stay!

Freshly renovated in 2022, this charming 1940's cottage is nestled in the heart of Fennville MI. Located near Saugatuck, South Haven & Holland - close to beaches, dunes, vineyards, wineries, breweries, orchards, art galleries & skiing in the winter. Kitchen w/everything for cooking, laundry, full bath, 2 bedrooms each w/ queen bed, Wi-Fi, deck, gas fire pit (May-Oct), short walk for groceries & restaurants. Dog friendly. (Remember, dogs must be included as pet guests when you book)

Kayaks and paddle board included, or bring your own boat! Exceptional fishing from the dock even if you’re new to it.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This historic home is in the epicenter of everything going on in downtown Holland. From the front porch you can overlook the farmer’s market every Wednesday and Saturday. Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps. Extra cleaning procedures with antibacterial cleaning products have been added due to COVID-19.
