The condo is absolutely beautiful and the resort amenities are fabulous! Lisa is a very communicative host who provided great instructions for checking in and getting the most out of the stay. I would absolutely rent with her again!

An absolutely outstanding location! The cottage is wonderfully secluded, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Inside, everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I must note, the king-size bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable and you need to experience the master bathroom shower! The hot tub was perfect! Spotless and well taken care of. You can unwind in the hot tub while enjoying the sounds birds and nature. Amber exemplifies the perfect host! She was very responsive and courteous, checking in via the AirBNB chat to make sure we had everything we needed. Our entire stay was flawless! We were sad to leave and return home, but we can't wait to book again! Thanks for having us!

Great house ! My family and I felt right at home. Kids loved the pool and close walk to beach and stores . Great location!

Located by the magnolia River in the headwaters. We stayed in late March, which is peak azalea season. The neighborhood in bloom may be the most beautiful location I have ever stayed in. The house is great. It feels comfortable. It is private.

Everything was great ! Maureen was super friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. It was spotless and very nice ! I definitely recommend staying here !

Loved our stay! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Beautiful, clean and much larger than we thought it would be. The beach was a quick 3 minute drive with lots of free parking. We loved having beach towels, chairs and sand toys available for us to use. Highly recommend!

Loved the location. We were right in front of the pool, which made that extremely easy for my kids. The entry way to the beach is right across the street. All in all, it was a very relaxing and gorgeous place.

Love staying here! Close to beach and easy walk to restaurants. House is always clean and A/C works well so never hot! Small house but functional and second bedroom is large with 2 full or queen beds. 1 story so no stairs with dogs or kids. Ms. Ella always nice and easily reached.

We will DEFINITELY book David's Cottage at Romeo Beach again. We stopped in on an impromptu weekend in Gulf Shores, booked at 8pm on a Friday and immediately received check in instructions. The place was spotless and cozy. Kid-friendly and pet-friendly (even though we didn't have our pup with us this time). David has everything you need for a perfect beach day - chairs, umbrella, beach cart, boogie boards, etc. There's also a cute little pool for taking a nice dip. David had puzzles and games as well as a whole list of ideas and restaurants for every appetite. Perfectly located across from the beach and around all the local hotspots. Thanks for a great stay!!!

The cottage was everything Foxy Vacations hosts said it would be. Very cute, clean and well supplied with kitchen and bed/bath supplies. Could have used written instructions on how to use the smart thermostat.

1st time View- It has a magical view of the Bay. You can enjoy it from the living room, kitchen and the back deck. House- Kitchen is stunning and I just wanted to wrap it up and bring it home with me 😂. Of course that is impossible. Kitchen was full of all that you need for a perfect trip. There is a full size frig which we ate at "home" 90% of the time. Both of the beds were comfortable and our 26 year old son said he needed to buy a new mattress when we gets home because of how he slept. Showers - our shower had 2 amazing shower heads with different knobs so if you wanted to share which is big enough you can have your own temperatures. Other shower our son said it was great. House has plenty of room. 3 tvs in the house. Fire pit and the grill we used and was happy we had it. Perfect to sit there drinking some wine watching Hubby work. 😂 Full size washer and dryer with a sink inside. Cindy was amazing and easy to talk to and very helpful

We had a great stay in Dauphin Island! Loved how centrally located Karin's place was to everything on the island. We brought our bikes and had easy access to both east and west ends of the island and were able to walk to several restaurants right from the house as well as the beach! The house is located on a very quiet street, was clean and spacious and provided everything we needed to work (great internet) and cook/enjoy the island for the week!

I absolutely adore Homer’s place. This is our second time staying and it was lovely. We have already booked our stay for the fall. The bed in the master is so comfy, the kitchen is super stocked and we were so grateful for that. The fenced in yard is amazing for fur babies and the dock is to die for. Homer is what every Airbnb host should aspire to be. Sweet neighbors, quiet safe neighborhood. Absolute perfection at an affordable price. Until next time! 💛

Todd's place was great for a weekend getaway. He was very responsive to messages. He was kind enough to let us check in a little early. We were very close to downtown restaurants and activities.

Very clean, very quiet and very close to downtown Pensacola and the beaches. Perfect for a couple or single traveler, the house sits on a dead-end street, so it's away from noise and traffic, but only 5 minutes by car to downtown, or about 20 minutes across the bridges to the beaches. The home is modern and brightly decorated and has high end appliances. Rory got the memo and has mastered all the luxe touches from coffee service, to the branded Lacoste towels... I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to the Panhandle.

Beautiful, peaceful spot on the water. They have a boat ramp that we were able to use with 20’ plate boat.Dolphins swimming at end of private dock. Nice fire pit. Spent plenty of time on water floating with dolphins swimming around and under boat. Beautiful weather. Was inside only for showers, sleeping, and eating, the outside was too great to miss. Driveway is good for a morning walk, if you enjoy nature. Screened in porch is where we spent most time we were “inside”. Nice rocking chairs. Sunsets were amazing!! We would recommend Maggie and Marks place, and would love to return some day.

Sun, surf, sand and a wonderful host who accommodated our last-minute booking, arriving on Easter Sunday. Susan was so incredibly responsive and lovely. The property was perfect for our family of four with plenty to do for both the kids and adults, including games and beach toys. Having access to the beach that wasn’t crowded was a luxury. We hope to return again!

Elaine is a very good host, the house had all the amenities of home, the location was great, close to beaches, grocery stores, with out all the beach traffic, would highly recommend it, looking forward to booking again

A relaxing stay for our young family with four kids and two grandparents. The house was exactly as advertised, and it was a great value for the money spent. The kitchen was supremely supplied, beyond our expectations. We loved having the beach be walkable, but what really made our stay was to have a golf cart rental to get there in under 5 minutes. Our hosts had a sun shelter, beach chairs, and sand toys. Inside the house were a variety of games and movies to keep us entertained when relaxing. The only thing I didn't like was the midges around the house (worst in mornings and evenings). I got dozens of bites, but others in my group weren't as affected. Bug spray was effective. I highly recommend this Airbnb, especially for young families.

The Peaceful Cottage at Pensacola is a perfect retreat! It’s cozy, beautifully decorated, and truly lives up to its name—so tranquil and relaxing. The location is ideal, close to the beach yet tucked away in a quiet area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the little touches made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind!

Really enjoyed my stay!! The unit was clean, easy to access, and looked like the photos. Loved the availability of an in-suite washer and dryer. Pet friendly with extra towels and toys for the fluffy companion. Spacious area with vaulted ceilings. My only qualm with the unit is i am not sure what beach is “12 minutes away.” Closest beach is average 18-20 minutes at best during my stay in late April and dog beach is closer to 30.

We had a great time at Martha's place and enjoyed our stay. We rented a golf cart and had a great time driving around and using it to go to the beach. Beach chairs and toys were a big hit for us and used daily. It's off the beaten path, so very relaxing and quiet. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The only drawback was the biting gnats, but that is to be expected in that area!

Great little place! I came to visit family nearby and this was perfect. Comfortable furniture, lots of homey touches, and a very welcoming host. I will be back!
